The good people of Path.

We’ve hailed from different countries. Trained in different disciplines. Followed different passions. All these diverse experiences and perspectives come together to deliver work that is significant and magnificent.

And we don’t quit until it’s f***ing brilliant.

Path Leadership

Tim Collins

CoFounder

An innovator, both at home and at work, Tim’s significant skills as a structural designer are matched only by his unquestionable culinary talents for curry innovation – a legend in his own kitchen. Despite having his hands full with two wonderfully cheeky children and a house renovation, he still finds time to pursue his numerous interests as a fly fisherman, a wine devotee and a lover of Art Deco.

Kevin Greene

CoFounder

Industrial design trained, Kevin has worked in structural packaging and branding for 25 years, both client and agency side. Currently in a broader role spanning project management for 2D and 3D, with some company admin thrown in. He enjoys cycling, running and inappropriate humour (when things get tense).

Thomas Herman

CoFounder

Our co-founder, Thomas, is a design-trained innovator. He now applies his 20 years experience across our integrated offer. His curiosity and entrepreneurship enables him to provide huge amounts of energy and insight to enable clients to find the Path they need.

Tim Bousfield

Group Creative Director

Tim spends his free time playing questionable guitar and renovating a house which stubbornly refuses to reach completion. One of the partners, and our Group Creative Director, after 29 years in the business his love of design and passion for creativity remains undiminished.

Chris Forecast

Creative Director

When Chris was a boy he was always taking things apart, finding out how they worked and, occasionally (to his parents annoyance) putting them back together. To his joy, he still does this, but he now gets paid. When he’s not working he enjoys riding his mountain bike, which has the added benefit of creating time away from his ever more confrontational adolescent daughter.

Gökçe Şahbaz

Creative Director

A lover of mediterranean cuisine (vegan), an accomplished flute player and an international specialist in the fine art of Turkish coffee brewing, Gökçe’s interests stretch as far and wide as his extensive travels, since leaving his Turkish homeland. With over 17 years in the creative industry, if he ever does decide to settle down, it’ll probably be in his much-loved Turkish summer house.

Alessandra Desfoux

Client Services Director

A perfect mix of French and Italian, she is a powerhouse of energy and southern european spirit. As a keen athlete and yachtswoman, Alessandra is as active, as she is focused. It’s this commitment and drive that she brings to the Path community delivering great management and liberating process.

Ben Sillence

Strategy Director

After briefly flirting with a career in Product Design for a couple of years, Ben successfully traded in his crayons for a life in strategy, and has been using unnecessarily long words ever since. An enthusiastic baker of bread, he hopes of someday travelling around Italy to write his very own cookbook.

Sean Gilbert

Production Director

Sean’s love of family, work and music (not forgetting Barney, his dog) are always in direct competition. Work invariably wins this fight, though it’s fair to say it’s been worthwhile. He and his team have created something special with Pathwork. What inspires him? His family. What relaxes him? Music. What motivates him? His work.

Stuart Hooper

Production Director

With designer stubble that would make Desperate Dan look like a choirboy, and a Harley-Davidson that serves as a regular wake up call for our Putney neighbours, Stuart’s influence on Pathwork has been pivotal since its creation. These days he spends more time abroad at client meetings than in the office. If only EasyJet did air miles.
