Miguel Toribio-Mateas

Neuroscientist Miguel Toribio-Mateas will be sharing insights on the relationship between the gut microbiota and brain health. He is a scientific advisor for Atlas Biomed, a company who produce direct-to-consumer microbiome tests. As one of the leading brands taking a holistic approach to mental health, we’re looking forward to learning how understanding our bodies can help us better understand our minds.

Neil Haydock

Dedicated to changing the way we think and act around mental wellness, Neil works with Time for Change, an organisation lead by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, who focus on destigmatizing Mental Health problems, particularly in the workplace. He’s going to be talking about the work he does with brands with regards to changing policies to create a happier and healthier working environment.

Danny Dixon

Danny will be joining us to discuss his 8 rules for life. His rules aim to help your keep your mind in the right place on a daily basis. For several years he has been running a blog, focusing particularly around men’s mental health. His goal is encouraging those to speak out when they’re struggling, and how to turn any negative into a positive.

 

Presented by Path, this exclusive event will explore the many challenges and opportunities around the highly charged topic of mental health, and how brands can and are helping society break the silence, raise awareness and change perceptions for a better future.
